What we collect
When you complete a form on this website we collect only what you give us, plus a small amount of technical information:
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone number.
- Loan scenario details — the answers you give about your situation, such as the state you are buying in, a credit score range, a price or value range, income and monthly debt ranges, property type, and your timeline. These are ranges and descriptions, not verified financial records.
- Documents you choose to upload — for example a loan estimate or lender quote, if you attach one.
- Technical information — the page you submitted from, the date and time, your IP address and browser, recorded so that we have a record of the consent you gave.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank credentials or card details through this website. If a formal application is needed later, that happens through a separate secure application process, not through these forms.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare options relevant to your situation.
- To contact you about that enquiry, using the methods you consented to.
- To keep a record of your enquiry and of your consent to be contacted.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed mortgage broker.
Consent to be contacted
The forms on this site include a consent checkbox. By ticking it you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your enquiry, including by automated dialling or texting systems.
Consent is not a condition of obtaining any loan, product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to a text, click unsubscribe in an email, or email [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect any loan already in progress, and we may still contact you where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
Who we share it with
- Mamba Capital Lending — the brokerage through which loans are originated.
- Lenders and investors — only where needed to obtain pricing or move a loan forward, and only with your knowledge.
- Service providers — the systems we use to run the business, including our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and our email provider. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Where legally required — regulators, auditors, or in response to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Documents you upload
Files you attach are stored so that we can review them with you. Do not upload documents containing your full Social Security number or account numbers — a loan estimate or rate quote is all we need at this stage. If you would prefer to send a document more securely, contact us and we will arrange it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and the associated consent record for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy our record-keeping obligations as a licensed broker, and then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to retain.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise a right, use the contact details above. Some information is exempt from deletion where it is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or other financial record-keeping rules.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and access to our customer records is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers by email.
Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
